Sustainability is a deliberate choice that runs deep in our company culture. With respect for our heritage and a future-focused mindset, we act responsibly with resources, people, and the environment<\/p>

Together with colleagues, partners, and customers, we create fair supply chains and a world fit for future generations. By 2036 - our 100th anniversary - we aim to set the leading example of a forward-thinking and sustainable cheese and butter company in the Netherlands.<\/p>

We base our responsibilities on five pillars, chosen from the 17 global\u00a0Sustainable Development Goals<\/b>\u00a0(SDGs) set by the United Nations. Our ambition is clear: to be fully climate neutral by 2036, when Kaptein turns 100.<\/span><\/p>

Young people are the future. That\u2019s why we support young sportspeople in the region every year, across a variety of sports. Exercise is healthy, and sport helps children develop positively and grasp new opportunities<\/span><\/p>
