Operator boter
(Full-time, 36 hours p/w in shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00)

Are you interested in production processes and do you have work experience as an operator? Or are you currently working as a production employee and would like to take the next step? Then this position is for you!

What does your working day look like?
You ensure that the right raw materials and packaging materials are present. In doing so, you follow the prescribed production order. You set up the machine correctly, paying attention to quality, hygiene and safety. You direct the production staff at your line, you cooperate and you are the point of contact for your team leader, quality employee and the technical department. You ensure correct product registration, check the quality of the products and packaging and, together with your colleagues, ensure a clean production environment. You can solve minor malfunctions yourself and you contribute ideas to work more efficiently.

Do you recognise yourself in this?

• You have work experience in a production environment, preferably in the food sector
• You have at least an education at MBO-2 level
• You have technical insight
• You have no problem with 2-shifts
• You speak and write the Dutch language
• You can give but also receive feedback
• You think along to optimise the production process and make it more efficient
• You can withstand a colder working environment (8 to 15 degrees)
• Working on Saturdays (not every) no problem!

An appropriate salary according to collective labour agreement for private cheese warehousing with irregularity allowance, 24 holidays per year and pension accrual.
